Kevin Shafer is the Executive Director of the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District (MMSD), responsible for its overall administration, leadership, and direction.  Shafer previously worked in private industry and for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.  He holds degrees in civil engineering and is a past president of the National Association of Clean Water Agencies.
